Dianne Tuff, MSOD
Dianne Tuff is partner and principal consultant of UpFront Organization Development Consulting. She has a Master’s degree in Organization Development from Pepperdine University. Dianne has twenty years experience in management consulting, facilitating strategic planning, team building, program and systems design, research and program evaluation.
Dianne’s organization development experience includes organization assessment and design; building teamwork; mission development, facilitating vision and strategic planning with small and large groups using techniques such as Appreciative Inquiry, Future Search, and Applied Strategic Planning.

Dianne’s research experience includes designing, implementing and reporting results of focus group research and individual depth interviews, as well as program impact and organization systems evaluation. She has facilitated more than 200 focus groups in the past five years for businesses, education, government and not-for-profit agencies.
