Organization assessment and development
Collecting information from organization members, stakeholders and data sources, using interviews, focus groups and other processes to provide feedback and facilitate planning based on findings.

Assessed the effectiveness and efficienty of administrative structure and functions within Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Minnesota
Completed a comprehensive multi-year School-to-Work program effectiveness assessment for the three public school districts in the St. Cloud Metro Area, including focus groups, survey research, and review of program evaluation findings
Facilitated “listening sessions” with St. Benedict’s Monastery members, focused on the future of the Monastery, including vision for physical space
Managed start-up of Stearns County Family Services Collaborative, including staffing, assessment of needs, strategic planning with collaborative partners and community members, and program evaluation
Provided assessment of success of the Stevens County Family Services Collaborative, including individual interviews, focus groups, surveys, program and documentation reviews. This was followed by strategic planning.
